Adrienne Fleming

Adrienne Fleming was born and raised in Stuart, Florida. After graduating from Martin County High School, she attended and graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Economics. She then earned her J.D. at Tulane Law School in New Orleans, LA. After law school, Adrienne served as an Assistant Public Defender for the 19^th Circuit for almost 15 years. During her tenure with the Public Defender’s office, Adrienne handled all levels of cases from juvenile delinquency up to first degree murder and capital felonies. Adrienne represented clients in Baker Act hearings and helped get clients with mental health and substance abuse issues accepted into diversionary courts.

Adrienne then served as Legal Counsel and Criminal Manager for the Martin County Clerk of the Circuit Court for 2 ½ years wherein she addressed legal issues facing the Clerk in all departments, including civil, domestic relations, and official records.

Adrienne has strong family ties in Martin County and the Treasure Coast, and is committed to serving the needs of the community.
